About Marcus Rex

Marcus Rex was born In Dry Drayton Cambridgeshire in 1965.

He has lived in the area for most of his life and currently resides only a few miles from this location with his wife and two Dobermann dogs.

Before becoming a full time writer, Marcus was involved with property development and ran a successful antiques business. He has been fronting bands since the age of 16 and is still actively involved in the music industry.

His novel, ‘The Rise’ is the first instalment in a trilogy which will be available from October this year. He is currently working on the second book ‘The Rise II, Protohuman.’
